Bodies by Pilates is a studio offering group classes as well as private sessions using one of 9 Reformers. We have a schedule of over (27) classes per week to choose from and offer specialty classes and learning workshops on a regular basis. All reservations can be done online from your home and you can pay for classes online. A required orientation class will be held every weekend so you can learn how the studio operates and become familiar with our policies and procedures. Phyllis Connor is a certified pilates instructor, personal trainer and aerobics instructor. Her studio offers private and semi-private instruction on all the various pieces of pilates equipment as well as mat classes.
