I own Madrona Studio, which is a small studio that focuses on quality fitness. I offer classes with 8 or less clients, and and private classes. I am an ACE certified personal trainer and Balanced Body trained Pilates instructor, I offer onsite and offsite personal training. I will train on client supplied equipment or I am able to bring portable equipment. I offer mat Pilates, Barre, Bootcamp, Spin, and Kettlebell classes. I have a Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformer with a tower in my studio, as well as five barrels and four Core Fitness Rollers. I believe that fitness should be intentional, fun, dynamic, goal orientated, and functional. I train at a private studio near Anacortes that has two reformers, a Cadillac, two springboards, and a chair. I received my full-apparatus Pilates certification from Jane Erskine in 2000. My training was based on the Physical Mind Institute's method, based on the work of Joseph Pilates.
