Private one on one STOTT PILATES certified instruction in a fully equipped luxury studio. We have magnifcent certified instructors for injury rehabilitation to advanced strengthening and body control as well as athlete core and body balancing. Cheree develops specific exercises and routines tailored for each individual and modifies or alters exercises as the client's needs change or advances. There is a Seperate studio adjacent for group classes, Viniyoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes as well as level 1 and 2 bellydance classes.
