Pilates in Germantown is the premier equipment training facility in Northwest Philadelphia. Owner Jeff Smith and Heather Sheridan provide quality group classes on the Reformer and Tower with a daily schedule in the early morning to early evening.

I provide private Pilates instruction on the mat and the apparatus, private group classes, corporate Pilates stretching sessions, and studio consulting (I have 10+ years of teaching and owning a Pilates business).

We are a small fitness studio offering personal training, Pilates reformer classes, and small group classes focusing on strength, stretch, and stability. The individual's goals and fitness level are taken into consideration at all times whether doing a one-on-one session or participating in a group class. The classes at core + more focus on using the Pilates reformer as a conditioning and rehabilitative tool, and Pilates mat exercises as a core stabilization and strengthening tool. Free weights, the BOSU balance trainer, medicine balls, slide boards, kettlebells, and your own bodyweight are the other equipment incorporated in the classes and training sessions. At core + more, our clients and students are provided with guidance, expert instruction, motivation, positive feedback, and all of the necessary tools to help you reach your fitness goals and live a healthy and fit lifestyle. Gemma Pagliei is a Pilates, Yoga and movement training professional based in Ardmore, PA, in the Philadelphia Main Line area.
