The owner, Mary Bange, has a comprehensive certification through Peak Pilates on all Pilates apparatus and is PMA certified. Mary is a master trainer for the Pink Ribbon Program, a Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist, Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates Specialist and a certified personal trainer. Our teacher training program was born organically from the request and need of high integrity, educated and professional teachers. Our goal is to help you grow personally and professionally in your Pilates career.

The 600-hour program includes Foundations, our signature module. This module covers the history of Pilates, Pilates anatomy, common pathologies and how to handle them, postural alignment protocols, our six building blocks of all of the Pilates exercises, professionalism, ethics, study best practices and information on the practicum and final certification through the Pilates Method Alliance. We then work our way through classical Pilates from mat work, to reformer and all of the apparatus. Each student is required to pass a practicum at the end of their study in order to receive a certificate of completion.
