Private Pilates studio is located in Walkertown, NC which is convenient to Winston-Salem, Walkertown, Belews Creek, Rural Hall, Oak Ridge and Kernersville, NC areas. Private and semi-private personal training sessions are available. I am a certified Pilates Mat and Pilates equipment instructor through The Pilates Certification Center and Balanced Body University, personal trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and certified Core Barre, Yoga and TRX Suspension Training instructor. I provide Pilates based training combined with traditional and cutting edge physical training. The Pilates method develops strong core musculature, flexibility and balance which are crucial to support the work done by extremities, to move effectively and to prevent injury.
