I am a pilates reformer teacher who teaches all ranges of clients from beginnger to advanced. I teach in a class setting and in private one-on-one sessions. I was certified through Balanced Body University in 2008 and teach classical style pilates with the principles and techniques of Joseph Pilates. I am a very enthusiastic and energetic teacher who is always looking for ways to learn new things. I am very focused on the fundamentals of pilates because without the fundamentals you're just doing a bunch a exercises and getting no results. I am a very hands-on teacher and am very good at using different ways of queing be it verbal, visual, Kinesthetic or tactile to make sure to address the many learning styles of clients.... See More

Private reformer sessions are available by appointment only for 1 person or 2 people. Limited mat Pilates classes are available. Instructor is also a Naturopathic consultant and available to assist with nutritional issues as well as fitness issues.

PMA and Stott certified, Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology, 20 fitness certifications, trained in rehab Pilates, currently at National Institute for Fitness and Sport in Indianapolis.
