Kathryn Rollins, the founder of A Happy Balance, is certified in BASI Pilates, Buff Bones and is also a Registered Nurse. With over thirty years of experience Kathryn is a natural educator who strongly believes in empowering individuals mentally and physically. Using her unique background as a foundation, she helps her clients become more aware and connected with their bodies while educating them from a scientific and holistic standpoint. She believes this gives a person control and helps them know what they can really do. This is an important part of living and aging and helps to create, A Happy Balance.
