Lake Houston YMCA

The Lake Houston YMCA offers over 120 fitness classes each week with a certified staff of over 30 instructors. We currently have 7 standard Allegro Reformers and 1 Stretch Allegro. All standard Allegros have towers and accessories. We currently employ 4 certified Reformer/Mat Pilates instructors.
