The Pilates Loft is a studio offering Pilates sessions in Arlington, Virginia by appointment or scheduled classes from Monday through Sunday. Each session runs from 50 to 60 minutes and is led by a certified Pilates instructor using the method and equipment designed by Joseph Pilates.
