Pilates One-On-One offers Classical Pilates in a private setting. The fully equipped studio includes the Reformer, Cadillac, Electric Chair, Wunda Chair and Barrel. I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to benefit from this unique and effective exercise program. My rates are the most affordable in the area and my sessions are an hour long. You get a fully equipped studio and a classically trained instructor with 20 years experience.
