Lisa's teaching emphasizes natural alignment and core strength. Linda Warga began her studies in Pilates in 2003 with PhysicalMind Institute in New York, completing their initial 550 hour certification course, plus 6 month of apprenticeship with two New Jersey based studios and passing her final examination to receive official designation as a Certified Pilates Instructor in 2005. The combination of having previously studied and practiced massage for 10 years gives Linda a very strong understanding of not only the Pilates Method, but in mind-body-spirit integration.
