Svetlana graduated from a prestigious Vaganova Ballet Academy in St. Petersburg, Russia with a Master’s degree in Fine Arts in Dance. In 1993, she joined a world-renowned Kirov (Mariinsky) Ballet where she performed in numerous classical and contemporary productions and extensively toured throughout the world. In 1999, Svetlana moved to the United States where she continued her dancing career at Ballet Internationale in Indianapolis, IN.


Svetlana began teaching in 2003, first as a ballet teacher and later as a fitness and Pilates instructor. Svetlana received comprehensive Pilates training from Balanced Body University, including Reformer, Tower, Chair, CoreAlign® and Barre. She is also a Flexistretcher® Master Teacher and a certified TRX® trainer. Svetlana is passionate about teaching movement, truly loves to work with people, and strives to give her clients the best Pilates, dance, and fitness experience. We are a Full Service Pilates Studio. Offering Small Group Reformer BARRE, MAT, and Spine Corrector Classes. We also have Private and Duet sessions using the Cadillac/Trapeze, Ladder Barrel, Split Pedal Chair and other small apparatus. Our classes are small and designed to educate each student in pilates not just give a workout. All our instructors are educated and trained by national pilates educators.

We continue to bring safe In Studio classes safely spaced to allow all equipment to be cleaned and disinfected. Also available Virtual Zoom classes. These classes are designed for each student in attendance not a prerecorded class.

For all packages purchased through our studio we offer FITVideo. These videos are available on demand and consist of Yoga, Pilates, Barre and Gyrokinesis.
