I am a Pilates instructor certified through ITT Pilates of San Francisco. My first experience with Pilates was in 2003 as an alternative to knee surgery. Since then, Pilates has been my source of strength and support for all the other physical activities I enjoy, including running, cycling, swimming and dance. As a trainer, my technique focuses on alignment, proper mechanics, and mind-body awareness for results in strength, flexibility, posture, balance and a more capable body overall. I work with clients of all levels, and I am passionate about sharing with others the changes I’ve experienced in quality of life and overall physical performance as a result from Pilates. All sessions are tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals, whether they may be recovering from an injury, training for a specific activity/sport, or just looking to stay in shape and look and feel better. I believe that through proper form, alignment and training, the body is capable of achieving anything the mind is set to do, and I love helping my clients get there. I am passionate about life, movement, nature, fitness, wholesome foods, and wellness. Life is short, so I try to make the most of it, live every second of it, and inspire my clients to do the same.
