I teach Mat Classes in Sag Harbor...and Privates in East Hampton. I have worked with Lolita San Miguel ( one of Joseph's elders)and teach traditional, classical Pilates. I was awarded 2010 Best of the Best Pilates Instructors in Dan's Papers. Having been teaching for 5 years, I enjoy helping each of my clients reach and maintain their goals. I truly believe if done right, Pilates will change the way you look, think and feel, and will help improve everything else that you do!
