Teri Calabrese RN BSN is a 2nd generation teacher in the lineage of Joseph Pilates', Teri studied intensively with and was certified as a teacher trainer by Romana Kryzanowska , Joseph Pilates' protege.Teri was a teacher of teachers with the USPA. For over five years Teri's studio was a Teacher Trainer Certification Center, affiliated with the New York City Certification Center located on Long Island . Teri teaches Gyrotonics' and was certified by Julio Harvath the founder of the Gyrotonic epansion System.Teri has extensive experience in rehabilitation with the Pilates method and Gyrotonics. Teri also teaches classes in Ballet and ballet stretch and exercise.
