Hello. My name is Dawn Dering and I have over 20 plus years in the fitness industry. I have a masters degree in Education, AFAA Group Ex certification, ACE Personal Trainer certification and I am a Comprehensive certified Peak Pilates Pilates Instructor. I have trained with former Power Pilates Master Teacher Trainer Elin Benson, Peak Pilates Master Teacher Trainers Cherry Herzog, Sonia Rodriquez, Sonje Mayo, Lori Hock and Lindsay Hendrickson.
