
Amy has been teaching Pilates Mat, Reformer and mixed apparatus classes for groups and individuals since 2005. She enjoys the energy, encouragement and sense of fun that is present in a group setting. Amy finds working with individuals to accomplish their fitness goals to be very rewarding.
Amy joined the Balanced Body Faculty team in January, 2010 and enjoys delivering successful teacher trainings. She also teaches a weekly class for Pilates student teachers to help sharpen their skills and deepen their understanding of Pilates.
