Stephanie has a passion for helping people feel better and encouraging them to the next level, no matter where they are starting. She is comprehensively certified in Pilates through Balanced Body University and GYROTONIC® Method. She also holds certifications in TRX suspension training, Total Barre, and 200hr RYT yoga. She loves helping clients achieve their goals including preparing and recovering from surgery, training for distance running and biking, or getting in shape for an upcoming event. Studio 6 is a boutique studio offering private lessons, duets, and small group classes with a max of 6 clients per class.
