My name is Vanessa Bishop and I run a completely equipped studio out of my home. I chose not to rent/lease a space to keep my overhead low. I moved to Austin from Los Angeles and know how expensive and unattainable private sessions could be. I wanted to be able to offer my clients a low price but maintain the quality and integrity of the practice. I am trained on all equipment and I am also a certified GYROKINESIS instructor. I am familiar with pre/post natal exercise routines, rehabilitation, as well as specific injury appropriate exercises.
