Our clinic offers physical therapy specializing in rehab pilates and also offers ASTYM (go to www.ASTYM.com for more information). We are able to transition people directly into a wellness pilates program either in mat classes or reformer classes. Our mat and reformer classes are also open to the public however it is best to call and reserve a spot as we keep class sizes down in order to work on quality of movement and optimize your pilates experience.
