Therapeutic Pilates / Pilates Studio in Ballwin, Missouri

Therapeutic Pilates is owned by Amanda Tennant, a Missouri Licensed Physical Therapist and Polestar Pilates Certified Instructor. Classes consist of private and semi-private sessions on the mat, reformer, half-cadillac, and low split pedal chair. All pilates instruction is individualized based upon the client's goals and physical abilities. Amanda has worked with clients ranging in ability from post-surgical bilateral total hip replacement patients to professional football players.
