The buzzword "core" is where your physical and mental focus will be when you take a class with me. You'll strengthen and tone your abs, back, glutes and hips as well as your thighs and strengthen your pelvic floor. Your posture will be different after the first session.
Know that you can lengthen muscles that are short and strengthen muscles that are weak. You will change your posture and as we say in the industry, " work from the inside out."
