Endurance Pilates and Yoga is a studio dedicated to the practice of mind-body exercise. We are interested in working with all levels of students. Our workouts are vigorous and produce results. We have plenty of classes and private instructors to meet a myriad of student needs. Our group classes are designed for the healthy student and are not appropriate for students with injuries or pregnant students that do not have a regular pilates or yoga practice. Our well-trained instructors have training in Authentic classical systems through the Romana lineage, Power and Peak Pilates and contemporary pilates systems such as Stott and Balanced Body. We use our knowledge in all of these realms to create the most beneficial workout for your body. Our instructors complete a very comprehensive program including written and practical exams preparing them to take the Pilates Method Alliance exam. You are in good hands at Endurance!
