I am a Pilates Instructor trained and certified in Romana's Pilates in 2005 at Pilates Seattle International ( Trainings Center ) where I worked until 2011. My training consisted of a 700+hrs vigorous training on all Pilates equipment and workshops with master teachers including Romana Kryzanowska, Sari Mejia Santo, Jay Grimes, Lori Coleman-Brown and others.
