Private Lessons at Boston Body Pilates are the ultimate personalized Pilates experience. Your 50 minute session targets your challenge areas and is designed to meet your specific needs. Clients with all different goals benefit from this one-on-one approach. For example, you may want a total body makeover, or you may be looking to rehab an injury. Your trainer and our entire studio is at your disposal. We also encourage our Group Class participants to take Private Lessons in order to achieve the next level of their fitness goals.
