We are a Full Service Pilates Studio. Offering Small Group Reformer BARRE, MAT, and Spine Corrector Classes. We also have Private and Duet sessions using the Cadillac/Trapeze, Ladder Barrel, Split Pedal Chair and other small apparatus. Our classes are small and designed to educate each student in pilates not just give a workout. All our instructors are educated and trained by national pilates educators.

We continue to bring safe In Studio classes safely spaced to allow all equipment to be cleaned and disinfected. Also available Virtual Zoom classes. These classes are designed for each student in attendance not a prerecorded class.
