I am an individual and I teach pilates in a private setting in a fully equipped pilates studio.I have been teaching pilates for almost fifteen years. The majority of my teaching is one on one and I am experienced in working with people with injuries, post-rehab, seniors and pre and post natal. I tailor pilates to each individual and am expert at modifying to suit each clients needs.I have been classically trained in pilates and I am the director of teacher training at a Pilates studio in NYC. Linda Warga began her studies in Pilates in 2003 with PhysicalMind Institute in New York, completing their initial 550 hour certification course, plus 6 month of apprenticeship with two New Jersey based studios and passing her final examination to receive official designation as a Certified Pilates Instructor in 2005. The combination of having previously studied and practiced massage for 10 years gives Linda a very strong understanding of not only the Pilates Method, but in mind-body-spirit integration.
