Private Lessons at Boston Body Pilates are the ultimate personalized Pilates experience. Your 50 minute session targets your challenge areas and is designed to meet your specific needs. Clients with all different goals benefit from this one-on-one approach. For example, you may want a total body makeover, or you may be looking to rehab an injury.
