I teach private and semi-private Pilates sessions using Pilates equipment and Mat Pilates group classes with props.

We also specialize in Pre/post-natal pregnancy with 4 instructors who are certified in pre/post-natal Pilates. We also offer Iyengar Yoga classes and Functional Personal Training. All three disciplines will strengthen and legthen your body from the inside out, while making it beautiful looking too! Our goal is not to simply make you sweat, but to teach you how to move your body correctly while giving you a great workout.
