Healing Crown 2 Toe is a Private Pilates Studio that provides one on one attention to the novice and the experienced Pilates student to meet and tailor the workouts to fit your needs based upon your bodies injuries, weaknesses, and strengths. My #one criteria is safety and slow progression and cueing to get my clients comfortable with the aparatus equiptment. I enjoy helping my clients with back issues and shoulder issues to find release, flexibility and comfort in a pain-free body.
