I have been certified (by Romana Kryzanowska) in the Classical Pilates tradition since 1997 and have been teaching fitness in general since 1987. I teach primarily Pilates both individually (on the mat and on the equipment) and in groups.I always look at each and every student to see what their particular needs are. We also specialize in Pre/post-natal pregnancy with 4 instructors who are certified in pre/post-natal Pilates. We also offer Iyengar Yoga classes and Functional Personal Training. All three disciplines will strengthen and legthen your body from the inside out, while making it beautiful looking too!
