Our studio offers private, semi-privates and group classes. Pilates is a great way to cross/strength train in the off season; young adults as well as adults. I am BASI certified on Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Barrels.

I have been certified in Pilates for 10 years and have trained in the health and fitness industry for 15 years.
I hold a BS in Sports Medicine with a Clinical Exercise/Rehab focus.
I teach private and semi-private Pilates sessions using Pilates equipment and Mat Pilates group classes with props.
I see all clients regardless of fitness level including post rehab and wellness.
