I have been certified (by Romana Kryzanowska) in the Classical Pilates tradition since 1997 and have been teaching fitness in general since 1987. I teach primarily Pilates both individually (on the mat and on the equipment) and in groups.I always look at each and every student to see what their particular needs are.
