We also specialize in Pre/post-natal pregnancy with 4 instructors who are certified in pre/post-natal Pilates. We also offer Iyengar Yoga classes and Functional Personal Training. All three disciplines will strengthen and legthen your body from the inside out, while making it beautiful looking too!
