Linda Warga began her studies in Pilates in 2003 with PhysicalMind Institute in New York, completing their initial 550 hour certification course, plus 6 month of apprenticeship with two New Jersey based studios and passing her final examination to receive official designation as a Certified Pilates Instructor in 2005. Svetlana graduated from a prestigious Vaganova Ballet Academy in St. Petersburg, Russia with a Master’s degree in Fine Arts in Dance. In 1993, she joined a world-renowned Kirov (Mariinsky) Ballet where she performed in numerous classical and contemporary productions and extensively toured throughout the world. In 1999, Svetlana moved to the United States where she continued her dancing career at Ballet Internationale in Indianapolis, IN.


Svetlana began teaching in 2003, first as a ballet teacher and later as a fitness and Pilates instructor. Svetlana received comprehensive Pilates training from Balanced Body University, including Reformer, Tower, Chair, CoreAlign® and Barre. She is also a Flexistretcher® Master Teacher and a certified TRX® trainer. Svetlana is passionate about teaching movement, truly loves to work with people, and strives to give her clients the best Pilates, dance, and fitness experience.
